In addition to my academic classes, I teach behavioral economics and impact evaluation workshops for civil servants. Since 2018 I have done it in Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Argentina and Trinidad and Tobago.
I also wrote and published an official case study for the Harvard Kennedy School of Government: In the Cold Light of Day: A Case Study of Argentina’s 2001-2002 Economic Crisis (Teaching Case Number 2086 – HKS, with Michael Walton, Eduardo Levy Yeyati and Pilar Tavella).
